The houses were designed for russian climat, for one family uses. In consideration was taken  the aspects of passive house:
- ecological materials
- simple shape
- open south facade
- low cost of construction

The task was - by minimum architectural elements to achieve effective low-cost house that will respond to specific climate and social condition in Russia.
